We are Making a Difference!

Since our inception on November 16, 2013, iDance4aCURE has begun funding promising and exciting childhood cancer research. Following is a breakdown of how some of our funds have been distributed:

  • $188,000 to Dr. Cath Bollard of Children's National Medical Center (DC) for help fund her Killer T-Cell Immunotherapy Trials. Dr. Bollard is removing immune system T cells and training them to recognize and kill cancer cells. This research will translate to leukemia, neuroblastoma and brain tumors.

iDance4aCURE is fueled by dedicated volunteers across the nation!

iDance4aCURE began their journey, on October 8, 2013, not only to raise awareness, but to be an active leader in the fight against childhood cancer by raising funds for cutting edge research. iDance4aCURE has quickly grown into a nationally recognized movement that is mobilizing the entire dance community in the fight against childhood cancer. With the commitment of dance studios, students, teachers, and choreographers, competitions and conventions, to date, iDance4aCURE has already contributed over $400,000 directly to fund cutting edge research at Children’s Hospitals across the globe.  There are many childhood cancer organizations that do great things. What sets iDance4aCURE apart is that, as dancers, we work together to raise funds for cutting edge research. The only way to fight childhood cancer is through research and research must be funded.  iDance4aCURE remains committed to raising $1 million for childhood cancer research while uniting the dance world, educating and empowering a new generation of childhood cancer advocates.

Our message has quickly reached across the globe and inspired dance studios, schools, individual dancers, choreographers and other dance organizations to join the fight against childhood cancer by hosting dance marathons, parties, master classes, performances and simple donation boxes.  Won't you Join us? iDance4aCURE is part of the TBKF and is a 501(C)(3) not for profit. All donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of IRS law.
